Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Bread (HBH)

The perfect Halloween brunch dish!!! Happy (early) Halloween everyone! Celebrate the holiday tomorrow morning with this DELICIOUS Cinnamon Swirl Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Butter Bread. This recipe is by Half Baked Harvest, but I made it dairy-free by substituting the butter with coconut oil.

This bread is FULL of fall flavors. It is the perfect balance of pumpkin, spice, and sugar. It truly is the perfect pumpkin bread! I usually share my baked goods with friends, but I could not get myself to share this bread… oops!! It is just that good though 😉 You can find the recipe here!

Look at that perfect layer of cinnamon sugar goodness!!

“Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone”

Colossians 4:5-6

In Colossians 4:5-6, we are called to be bold. We are called to make the most of every opportunity to share the Good News. Do not be afraid to step out in faith to further His kingdom. There is nothing better than you can do! Ask God to fill you with wisdom, and allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you.

My favorite part of Colossians 4:5-6 is “let your conversation be always full of grace.” Give grace to those around you. This verse reminds me to never speak with a judgmental or bitter heart. Instead, speak from a place of love, respect, kindness, and grace. Even when others do not agree with you, speak with grace. Even when someone is being rude, give them grace. What a beautiful way to walk more like Jesus… Fill your conversations with grace! We are ALL sinners. We ALL need grace extended to us. We ALL need to give others grace. Never forget that!

Ask God to fill you with wisdom. Ask Him to help you become more gracious and loving towards others. Ask Him to help you to walk more like Jesus! Ask the Holy Spirit to give you the right words when you have none.
