Dairy-Free Pesto Pizza

Dairy-free Pesto Pizza!! Another way to use my vegan pesto recipe, but this one may be my favorite! It is so easy yet SO delicious. Perfect for football Sundays!

Spread vegan pesto on a pizza crust to taste. Add diced mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, kale, and baked chicken. I usually use store bought pizza crust, so I cook it according to the package, which usually involves baking at 400 degrees for ~15 minutes. Enjoy!!

Not the prettiest, but it sure is delicious!!

Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to the men and women of the United States armed forces. You have all sacrificed so much to protect our country, and this sacrifice does not go unnoticed. I am unbelievably grateful for you, and you deserve to be recognized everyday! Take a moment today to thank the veterans in your life.

“This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.”

1 John 3:16

Speaking of sacrifice… Jesus is the perfect example of sacrificial love. He showed perfect sacrificial love through His work on the cross. God gave his ONLY son to die on the cross for OUR sins. Jesus did not sin. He did not need to do that for himself. He did that for US. He died so that we can have eternal life, have a relationship with God, and live in freedom. I am in awe of His sacrifice everyday. We are so underserving, so He deserves all the praise.

How can you show sacrificial love to those around you? What does sacrificial love mean to you? Pray about it!

Love you guys! I hope you are having an awesome week! I know I am thankful to live in a free country with a God who has allowed me to walk freely with Him.
